Choice

Choice

Choices are being made everyday, hour, minute, second, life is filled with choices. We all have to make some people don't make good choices and others do. Every choice has a good result or a not so good consequence.

A poem called "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost is an example of a choice being made. The choice was which road to take. One road many traveled and the other road was less traveled by. The choice was which road to travel. He chose the road less traveled by "because it was grassy and wanted wear." I would have chosen the same road, dare to be different and see what no one else has seen "and that has made all the difference."

Hispanic Legend of La Llorona is a short story about a woman who made a choice to marry a handsome man because she was a beautiful woman, but marrying him just for that reason wasn't such a good choice. Life for the married couple was great in the beginning but later on in life things went bad. The handsome man no longer loved Maria and only loved his children. He only showed attention to his children and married another woman and Maria was fed up and had to make a choice. She chose to kill her children and later regret what she had done so she killed herself. She chose the wrong choices in life and those choices ended her life.
